The following rates are applicable per Province:

Collection -   Free (we are based in Fourways)

R65.00 -        Gauteng Province

R85.00 -        All Provinces (Excl. Gauteng & Northern Cape Province)

R150.00 -      Northern Cape Province

* Rates may differ should your area be considered very remote, please enquire with us if you are uncertain.  We would like to accommodate all our clients.

Time frame:

We are just as excited to get your parcel to you as quick as possible, but unfortunately orders placed with Odd Pod will only be processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

Orders could take anything between 2-3 working days, depending on your location. We are based in Gauteng, therefore other provinces and outlining areas may take a bit longer. Deliveries will not take place on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking:

You can track the progress of your order with the tracking code included in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address:

We can only deliver to physical addresses via our courier partners all over South Africa, and won't be able to deliver to PO box addresses.

If you are not at home during working hours, then please indicate an alternative address such as a business address, as our couriers deliver during office hours. If it happens that the courier delivers and no one is there to sign for the parcel, they will phone you on your indicated telephone number and arrange a more suitable time.
