Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return or exchange any product within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original and sealed packaging.
However if a product is damaged or faulty, we will replace it with the same item. Only if there is no stock available, will we offer a voucher or the option to receive a refunded in full. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards/vouchers
- Products that are of a hygienic nature
- Some personal care items
To return your product please follow these three easy steps:
Step 1 - Request a return by sending an email to connect@oddpod.co.za.
1a) Please use RETURN PRODUCT in subject field. 1b) Please state reason for returns.
Step 2 - Await confirmation email, stating acceptance of returns and relevant conditions, and whereby a return address and shipping method will be provided.
Step 3 - Return the parcel as per the shipping methods provided in the confirmation email from Odd Pod.
Shipping and Costs of Returns
Shipping will be our expense, only if the incorrect item was shipped to you or arrived damaged. A replacement order, exchange or refund will then be offered to you, depending on the circumstance.
Whilst we do our utmost to provide as much information and photos on a product and only list quality products, we are unfortunately not able to carry the shipping cost for items returned that do not meet the conditions as set out above. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return parcel is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that it was received.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please contact us at connect@oddpod.co.za if you haven't received your refund within 7 days after we have confirmed the refund payment.
Please note no transaction can take place to the customer until the following conditions have been met:
- Return product/s have arrived back to Odd Pod.
- An email has been received stating the reason for the return of the products, with the subsequent authorisation thereof.
- The product has be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original and sealed packaging.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
